“Connection” is the third stage of our customer strategy framework.  We believe that the goal of marketing is developing positive customer connections that lead to customer advocacy, and in turn, sustainable brand growth.

Having engaged with consumers and entered into a two-way dialogue, we then work with clients to realise lasting connections with chosen customers. This requires a solid understanding of customer drivers, rationalised with the business strategy and supported by measurement systems.

Needless to say, we are thorough with research and planning. We start by understanding key customer drivers, engagement and conversation strategies and subsequently implement tactics to achieve lasting customer relationships.
