Ian has written for and edited some of Australia’s biggest-selling and highest-profile magazines, including That’s Life!, Open Road, Australian Penthouse (he only edited it for the articles!) and The Diplomat.

He regularly appears on television hosting and moderating a series of debates on international development issues. Away from work, he can be found playing his guitar (those dreams of rock superstardom refuse to die) and making his two daughters laugh.
